For our first Peruvian release of the year, we have a 100% caturra lot from William Vasquez Diaz. He has been a key member for the Pangoa Cooperative in Junin, from whom we bought coffee from for the first time last year. Trying those coffees was our first time tasting coffee from the Junin region, and we've been looking forward to this year's harvest since then.

William's coffee is very clean and soft with flavors of golden apple, mandarin, and nougat, all underpinned by creamy, honey-like sweetness.
