Gregorio lives alone on his 2 hectare farm, San Pedro, with over 30 years of experience producing coffee. His primary income comes from growing coffee, and he takes great pride in his bourbon varieties. Puno is a fairly difficult region to work in and we've had relatively few coffees from there, however, the quality potential for coffee is incredibly high.

With Gregorio's coffee being the first one from Puno on our own menu, we're especially excited to share it. We're finding delicate flavors of white grape, pear, and macadamia in the cup with a cinnamon sugar-like sweetness.
