Description
Mitad del Mundo (Middle of the World in English) is a blend of coffee from 20 small coffee producers from the fertile mountain region of southern Ecuador near the border of Peru.
Ecuador is a small coffee producing country but incredibly diverse with a rich and fertile environment that has helped Ecuadoran coffees become an increasingly popular offering on specialty coffee menus during the late winter and early spring months. Ecuador has become known for higher end and delicious coffees.
This offering boasts notes of caramel, creme brûlée, and butterscotch with a balanced acidity and juicy fruit forward sweetness.
