Light Roast - Limited Roast COLOMBIA This stellar Pink Bourbon won the Huila Mágico competition in 2023 - need we say more? Sadly that competition hasn’t been run in a few years, but we are confident that if it had been, this coffee would have been up on the podium again. As is the case with all great Pink Bourbons, there is a lot of acidity that is balanced out by a lot of sweetness, with just a little hint of savoriness. We taste juicy heirloom tomato, grapefruit, peach, lemon, and orange blossom in this truly delightful coffee.
