Decaffeinated through a natural method known as the "Sugar Cane" process, this coffee uses the ethyl acetate naturally found in sugar cane to gently remove caffeine from the beans. This process reduces the caffeine content to approximately 0.3% while preserving the original characteristics of the coffee, resulting in an exceptional cup.
