In the village of Murago, Bekele Kechara owns a small farm of just 1.5 hectares. Due to the typical cooperative-based production in Ethiopia, single farmer lots are still exceptionally rare. A focus on specific heirloom varietals lets Bekele curate unique expressions of flavour. This expressive, naturally processed lot is a standout of the season.
