Graciano Cruz is a true ambassador of coffee. People close to him know his love for high sweetness. Gracianos coffee was the first ever Geisha coffee that we used in our Roastery, back in the days. His estates in Panama combine cutting-edge technology and traceability with the incredible natural landscape that surround the Baru Volcano National Park.
Graciano is dedicated to the conservation of the area around the Emporio estate: the first bio-certified coffee farm in Panama. The estate is known best for naturally processed coffee, a choice driven by a desire to minimise water usage.
THE CUP
Emporio Geisha is full of floral aromas. On the palate, fruit flavours of sweet tropical lychee and mango are dominant. The profile is expressive, while retaining a smooth balance: like stewed plum. Do not wait: This is an exclusive opportunity to taste an amazing coffee.
