This offering provides tea drinkers with an extremely clean and bright cup. The aroma alone offers a preview of what is to come: freshness and invigoration. This smooth tea has strong hints of grass and greenery that are accompanied by nutty notes to deliver a flavor reminiscent of mochi.

INGREDIENTS: Camellia sinensis - Single leaf buds
REGION: Kagoshima, Japan
BREWING: 1 gram of tea per 2 oz. of freshly boiling water, steep for 2 minutes, stir, and enjoy.
