From Cauca, Colombia, this natural processed Maragogype and Pacamara coffee is a labor of love from Faber and his father, who’ve spent 16 years mastering exotic varietals.
Using a meticulous reduced-oxygen process and a unique thermal shock fermentation, Faber brings out notes of ripe papaya, dark brown sugar, and black cherry syrup. Every step, from selective cherry separation to precision drying, reflects Faber’s dedication to crafting a cup as vibrant as the land it comes from. Medium roasted to perfection, this coffee is a true testament to innovation and tradition.
