Description
Whole beans from the farm Gesha Village, Gesha 1931 varietal in honey process. The first tasting a few hours after roasting gives us the following notes :
When hot : very sweet, oolong, floral like rose and violette
When warm : more juicy but stays rose and violette. Also has notes of citrus.
When cold : rose and violette jam. Subtle.
