Whole beans from the farm Gesha Village, Gesha 1931 varietal in natural process. The first tasting a few hours after roasting gives us the following notes :
When hot : floral, strawberry juice, violette. Very clean.
When warm : strawberry, raspberry.
When cold : strawberry, white peach, redcurrant
