Description
Not necessarily classically Brazilian in taste, we find that this coffee has less nutty notes and more yellow fruits like physalis and a nice lychee freshness. You may also find flavours of waffle, caramel and biscotti, a milk chocolate sweetness and a light, elegant body.
Tijuco Preto estate is owned and run by Ocatilio Dias de Castro and his son Antonio.They produce both natural and pulped natural coffee, and we chose a lot from their pulped selection.
