Description
This coffee is very full of fruit with plums, raspberries and black cherries. It also has a nice citrus acidity and a creamy full mouthfeel.
This coffee is from the Las Flores farm, and is a single varietal coffee of the Pacas varietal. Pacas is a natural mutation of Bourbon and about 30% of El Salvador coffee is of this varietal as it is higher yielding and very resistant to diseases. It is a shorter plant and doesn’t need a lot of pruning to flourish - you can read more about this varietal here. Pacas are typically fruity and vibrant coffees and we think that this really rings true for this coffee when brewed as an espresso.
