The cup profile is absolutely delightful on this one. A big upfront floral punch straight to the senses here, fistful of flowers with osmanthus, jasmine, bergamot and orange blossom. A delicate dance of acidity and aromatics coalesces together, combining a pineapple tropicality with a beautiful classic washed gesha profile. As it cools, a silver needles white tea sweetness comes to the surface with a juicy lime acidity coming up beneath the pineapple.
