Cup notes: This coffee presents all of the classical traits that we look for in a washed Ethiopian: ripe fruit, complex florals, and a punchy acidity. Sweet stonefruit like nectarine, peach and apricot are delicately layered with apple blossom, pink peppercorn, bergamot, jasmine, with a bright green fresh lime note throughout.
