From local outgrowers surrounding Bare Site in Arbegona, owned and managed by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene. The word "Elto" has two meanings in Sidama, "abundance" and "more than passion." The organization has truly lived up to this name, offering consistently high quality naturals with meticulously clean processing specs and phenomenal drying. Producing competition level naturals and honeys, the microlots from Elto are routinely lauded for their excellent quality. The cup profile really speaks for itself here. Tropical fruits instantly smack you off the top, pineapple, mango, and rambutan, with an explosive citric blood orange acidity to back it up. As it cools, fresh ripe cherry and a maple syrup-esq body settle in to a much more comforting experience.
