Having placed in Ethiopia's Cup of Excellence twice in the last 4 years, Bekele Yutute truly needs no introduction. With precision and careful attention paid to the management of his several farms and drying stations throughout Bensa, Bekele Yutute's name has become synonymous with consistently clean and expressive naturally processed coffees.

In the cup, this lot carries forward that same reputation with an intense floral character of violet and hibiscus while hot. As it cools, juicy berry tones of blackberry jam and fresh mulberries rise to the surface, with a finish that lingers juicy and purple for minutes after the cup is gone.
