This stunning lot from the Jijóns and Francisco Vintimilla comes from one of the most unique microclimates we have encountered in coffee cultivation. Their remarkable farm sits atop a high-elevation bluff in an exceptionally dry landscape, yet is sustained by a natural abundance of water. In the cup we find a nuanced and elegant profile of dragon fruit, honeydew, and rosewater.
