Description
We purchased our three favorite washed lots from Finca Sophia this year. Two were so small (8 kg and 2 kg, respectively) that we had to blend them together to roast. The result is an elegant, traditional Gesha profile with a very aromatic cup of white florals, tropical fruit, and berries, all with excellent structure.
