Jaime is an exceptional producer and we have known about his coffee for years. Now that he is working with Monkaaba, we finally have the opportunity to work with his coffee. In the cup we find lovely articulated fruits of plum and blueberry, excellent brown sugar sweetness, and lively tropical acidity.
