Silvia Ordoñez (El Cascajal)

Description

This is another lot from the Monkaaba project, which focuses on supporting and developing young producers. We are particularly excited to be working with Silvia, only 19, growing Pink Bourbon high up in San Agustín. In the cup we find a more fruit-forward profile of ripe berries almost pushing into jam, milk chocolate, and a balanced and structured acidity.
