Description
This is one of three very limited lots produced in collaboration with Tamiru and Alo. Only 120 kg of each coffee was produced, making it one of the smallest and most intentional projects we have undertaken in Ethiopia. This coffee is exceptionally complex, with notes of florals, tropical fruits, and tamarind.
