We're having a lot of fun with Imperio Rojo. It's been a joy to use on the espresso machine, averaging 19 grams in and extracting 40 grams out. We've found a complex range of flavour, most notably green apple, candy-like citrus and immense sweetness. This coffee is delicious in milk, lovely as a single cup brew and thought provoking in every which way. We're very excited about this one.

Chirripo is a new player when it comes to Costa Rican coffee producing areas. With production over the past few years, we are thrilled to be offering such a fantastic coffee in such an up and coming region.

Brothers Jonny and Jose own and operate their own micro mill by the name of Imperio Rojo. It's here that they do all their processing with a meticulous degree of detail. This coffee has proven to be complex, thought provoking and has made for a beautiful espresso profile - it's great as filter too!

The versatility of this White Honey has us already excited for our visit this coming season to see further improvements in quality of processing, picking and overall cup quality. Thanks Jonny and Jose for such an incredible coffee.
