Aromas of vanilla and blackberry introduce this richly fruit-toned coffee. Notes of berry jam, honeydew, and a touch of Meyer lemon accompany ripe cherry sweetness in the cup, with a lingering finish of oak and milk chocolate.

The Story

Imported by Crop to Cup from Tariku Coffee, which has been producing washed and natural coffees according to organic practices since 2011 at two farms in Ethiopia's famed Sidama growing region.

"Tariku Coffee engages in social responsibility by creating work opportunities for local citizens, especially women. We have 20 permanent employees and 600 workers. Tariku Coffee contributes back into its society by making annual donations, such as supplying school materials and financial help to low-income families. Tariku Coffee also provides a platform for local growers to retail their products in to the national level and offer training at the farm level."
