Cold weather got you down? Time to head south for the winter. Flying Monkey and Southpaw have joined forces once again for a satisfying seasonal concoction featuring notes of caramel, cherry, and nougat.

Available during the depths of winter, this two-blend blend makes a rich medium-roast drip coffee as well as great short espresso drinks. We recommend cortados, flat whites, and capps.

Espresso Parameters

We recommend letting Flying South rest for 7-12 days after roasting for best results. Here are our suggested parameters for two different basket sizes:

Dose: 20 grams
Yield: 40 grams
Time: 31 seconds

Dose: 18 grams
Yield: 30 grams
Time: 27 seconds
