We're releasing this coffee in honor of Iris, Bryan's first F+B brick and mortar and now our temporary flagship for Promethium. It's an ode to Iris and it's staff's love of Strawberry Co-ferments and sticky rich lactic style processing. It's done by a rare, and new style of strawberry fermentation Bryan personally chased for the better part of all of 2025. It gives this coffee a wildly alive and rich red fruits flare. Insane on every single brew method imaginable. A special gift from Viviana(thank you again!) for a special shop bolstered by the most special staff (you are my heart and soul dears). Happy Anni Iris!
