Description
Our first coffee from Peru comes from 2018 Peru Cup of Excellence winner Delia Capquique Quispe. Delia runs an organic farm in the Puno region named after her daughter, where she cultivates mainly bourbon and some caturra.
This coffee stood out to us for its sparkling acidity and clean profile that blew us away. We're excited to highlight a coffee that demonstrates the best things about washed coffees: bright, clean, sweet, and something your palette won't get sick of!
We taste in this coffee dark red notes like cranberry and black cherry with a sweet caramel-like toffee finish with a sparkling acidity reminiscent of Asian pear.
