Ripe coffee cherries are handpicked before undergoing a 24-hour pre-fermentation. After careful floating and sorting, the coffee is slowly dried, allowing its natural fruit character to develop into a beautifully layered cup.
Expect vibrant raspberry, deep grape, and creamy milk chocolate, supported by pronounced sweetness, lively acidity, and a substantial body. The result is a fruit-forward coffee that remains refined and exceptionally balanced.
