Fincas del Putushio is the latest project from coffee visionary Pepe
Jijón and his son Jose Ignacio Jijón, focused on producing some of 
Ecuador’s most expressive coffees. The farm sits at a mouth watering 2200m of elevation and this lot features Typica Mejorado, which can
go head-to-head with some of the world’s best Geishas.

Pepe’s approach is rooted in a respect for nature and terroir. Through careful fermentations, he consistently produces coffees that are 
complex, and truly reflective of the coffee’s terroir.

This omniroast has been optimized for filter, but a well trained barista will definitely be able to pull tasty shots with it.
