I taste a lot of Geisha. A stupid amount of Geisha. Most of it is really good and yet almost none of it follows me home. This one did. It comes from Gato Grande; a young farm in Los Pozos - the region behind Finca Deborah, Ninety Plus and Mi Finquita - planted inside a native forest at 1850m and cold-fermented, slow, and carefully enough that nothing delicate gets lost.
