Description
Our second year purchasing this sweet and balanced washed coffee from Oaxaca, Mexico near the town of Sochiapam. This lot comes from smallholder families with predominantly modest 1-2 hectare farms; some have larger 5 hectare farms. Chocolate, Praline, Tamarind, Caramel. Pluma, Typica, Bourbon, and Mundo Novo varieties.
