Description
From 225 smallholders in the municipality of San Antonio La Paz within the Sierra de la Minas mountain range of the El Progreso department in Guatemala. Declared a biosphere reserve, it is home to many plants and animals. The cloud forest among the mountains is home to the national bird of Guatemala, the Quetzal. Residents here grow coffee, corn, beans, tomatoes and sugarcane. Dark Chocolate, Candy Corn, Panela, Balanced. Caturra, Bourbon, Castillo, and San Ramon varieties.
