A rich, balanced and sweet medium-roast coffee. This is our first year purchasing coffee from the Naimeg family in Minas Gerais, Brasil. The Naimegs have two farms which have been in their family for generations. They also have a roasting company in the town of Patos de Minas. This lot is 100% Paraíso cultivar. Brown Sugar, Date, Golden Raisin, Molasses.
