Colombia El Nevado (House Roast)

Description

Our new House Roast offering comes from smallholders throughout Huila, Colombia. El Nevado is named after the famous volcano in the region. Our partners at Coffee Quest aggregate this lot at three buying stations in the towns of La Plata, Santa Maria, and Pitalito. We traveled to Huila with Coffee Quest in July of this year to learn about their processes and meet producers in the program. Milk Chocolate, Dried Fig, Blackstrap Molasses, Brown Sugar. Primarily Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties and cultivars.
