Founder Joy Wujek is a long-time friend and “tea advisor” of One Line Coffee and has been on a lifelong journey learning about plants and tea customs. She loves hiking through forests, fields and deserts and learning about biomes and symbiotic relationships in nature.

This black tea is an English Breakfast style brew. It is delicious by itself or with a touch of milk or cream. Ingredients: Black Tea. This is a loose leaf tea that needs to be brewed in a tea ball, infuser or single-use fold-over tea bag.

Tasting Notes: hazelnut | intense | apricot | brown sugar

Dosing: Use 5 grams (1 heaping teaspoon) of cosmopolitan tea for every 340 milliliters of water (12 oz. cup). Steep in water just off boil for 3 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
