This intensely complex coffee gets its name from the Red Caturra varietal picked at the peak of ripeness. Its intense cherry, red wine, and apple notes make this a perennial favorite for nearly every brew method!

This coffee comes to us from our friends at Gold Mountain, a social enterprise based in Jinotega who works closely with producers to have a positive social and environmental impact through high quality coffee. As a social enterprise, they work to benefit the farmers, their families, and the community through education and access to capital and other resources.
