Asman’s team is committed to expand Indonesia’s coffee production by diversifying the Cooperative’s processing methods. The cherry is handpicked and submitted to a rigorous selection process. Then fermented for over 12 hours, soaked in clean water for an additional 24 and dried on raised beds in covered patios.
