Our limited release Chiroso from Jhoan and Diego Vergara at Finca Las Flores has been brewing at our new space on Foley Street, Darlinghurst as a beautiful pourover.
Now, we’re sharing the last roast in 150g bags only.
Rare, expressive and increasingly sought-after in Colombia, Chiroso is known for its sweetness, complexity and distinctive elongated bean shape.
