This coffee undergoes a cutting-edge thermal shock process, where ripe cherries are heated to 57°C and rapidly cooled to -2°C, enhancing its depth and complexity. After 28 days of drying and 45 days of stabilization, this lot offers rich notes of dried cranberry, clove, cacao powder, and malt. Grown at 1,375 m.a.s.l., this coffee embodies Ratnagiri Estate’s dedication to innovation in specialty coffee.
