Complexity of Lychee, Passion Fruit, Black Tea, and Citrus in this distinctive coffee, crafted through an innovative Passion Fruit Co-fermented Washed process. Beginning with the careful creation of a fermentation culture, microorganisms such as lactobacillus and saccharomyces cerevisiae are combined into a mother culture. This culture is then enhanced by fermenting with passion fruit, cholupa fruit, and natural sweeteners like panela or molasses. Over the course of 190 hours, this rich, fruity mixture reaches an ideal balance of degrees Brix and pH, perfectly preparing it to infuse the coffee with vibrant tropical notes and a refined tea-like finish. An extraordinary coffee for those seeking depth and sophisticated fruit-forward flavors.
