Description
El Salado Pink Bourbon Washed comes from producer Yuri Ordoñez in San Pedro de Cartago, Nariño, Colombia, where the coffee is grown at 2,000 meters above sea level. Ripe cherries are selectively harvested before undergoing a 24-hour sealed cherry fermentation, followed by flotation, pulping, and a second 24-hour fermentation in mucilage. The coffee is then washed twice and dried slowly on a traditional patio for approximately seven days.
