Description
This rare Natural Mokka from Rodrigo Sanchez at his farm Las Veraneras in Huila is a stunning expression of careful fermentation and slow drying. After a 24-hour anaerobic fermentation and nearly a month of drying, it bursts with deep, spiced complexity think clove, mulberry, molasses, and pomegranate. A limited gem from Rodrigo Sanchez’s 2024 harvest that we kept in our deep freezer at -30f vacuum sealed.
