Description
This washed Caturra from Aponte Village in Nariño, Colombia, bursts with bright, aromatics of Earl Grey tea, orange, and lemongrass, finishing with tangy sweetness of milk calpico. Grown at elevations of 2,000–2,400 meters and crafted by producer Andres Martinez in collaboration with Supracafé Colombia, this lot undergoes a meticulous double-stage anaerobic fermentation first in cherry with active mostto, then post-depulping with yeast and sugars before drying for 10–15 days.
