Description
This is a pretty special project for us from Jose Gomez Lopez and his farm Los Angeles in Buesaco, Nariño. Jose comes from a family rooted in coffee, starting alongside his father before growing the farm and continuing to build around quality, sustainability, and supporting the people working within his community. This Geisha was harvested in Second 2026 at around 1,950 MASL and processed as a natural, with whole cherries undergoing an extended fermentation in sealed 200-liter tanks before drying for eight days and stabilizing for four months. We purchased a few hundred kilos from this harvest, making this much more than a small one-off lot for us and something we're excited to build around with Jose long term and we Love GESHAS here!
