Exclusively created for Luminous by Shady and Elias Bayter, this custom Etiope natural underwent a 72-hour aerobic fermentation before drying for 18 days in mechanical driers. Grown at 1,550 masl and stabilized for 15 days, it’s a clarity fruit forward expression you won’t find anywhere else. Expect vivid notes of cherry, clove, orange, plum, and lime a testament to the playful, experimental processing we live for at Luminous.
