Crafted exclusively for Luminous by Shady and Elias Bayter, this custom lot is the only one of its kind made just for us. Fermented anaerobically for 24 hours with Novonesis Denmark Yeast and dried slowly over 12 days, this washed Etiope delivers a clean, expressive cup with notes of mandarin, lemon ramune, hibiscus, and raspberry. Grown at 1,550 masl and stabilized for 15 days, it’s a bright, floral coffee that reflects our love for taking risks with fun, experimental processing.
