Expertly crafted using Elkin's innovative Natural Hydro-Honey process, this coffee undergoes a meticulous three-step journey: first, cherries are dried naturally and fermented for 8-12 days, capturing the rich sweetness of natural processing. Next, they're gently rehydrated for 24-36 hours, revitalizing the cherry skins. Finally, cherries are carefully de-pulped and undergo a honey drying phase lasting 15-20 days, enhancing sweetness and floral complexity.
