Description
A washed, patio-dried coffee from smallholder farms in Ángel Albino Corzo, Chiapas. The lot comes through the FESICH cooperative and is grown at 1,100 to 1,800 meters along the Sierra Madre de Chiapas. Its flavor profile leans toward vanilla, dark chocolate, and cranberry, with a smooth, round body. The coffee is certified Fair Trade Organic.
