Produced by third-generation farmer Raul Rodriguez at his farm in Tres Pinos, Honduras - over two and a half hours from the nearest city of Comayagua. In the cup, we find notes of panela (raw sugar), ripe tamarind, and crumb cake in this reserve lot from Santa Lucia.
