Description
Edwin Noreña steers this Caturra toward green Jolly Rancher, apple cider, raspberry, and kiwi through a carbonic honey co-ferment with green apple, mossto, glucose, and brewer's yeast. Grown at 1,650 meters in Circasia, Quindío, and roasted light-medium so the apple aromatics land clean.
